Founded in Breuches in Franche-Comté by the Bazin family, the company originated as a retail delicatessen business. The family business gradually developed while retaining its values ​​and was taken over in 2001 by Messrs. Philippe Wagner and Albert Locatelli after the death of Mr. André Bazin. It now employs more than 400 people and distributes its delicatessen products to mass retailers under the André Bazin and Philippe Wagner brands, as well as to food service professionals and ready-meal manufacturers.
