Because the health quality of our products is our priority, André Bazin invests heavily through its Quality teams. 2 Quality Engineers, 3 controllers, an internal bacteriological and physicochemical analysis laboratory (more than 2000 analyses per year) allow us to guarantee the food safety of our productions and the protection of our customers.
TOTAL TRACEABILITY
Thanks to a high-performance IT system and controls at all levels of supply and manufacturing, the company has already had total traceability tools for many years.
In order to control the entire sector, the internal system is supplemented by regular audits and checks of all its suppliers.
Finally, the company carries out more than 500 DNA analyses each year to guarantee our customers total transparency.
CERTIFICATIONS AS A GUARANTEE OF GOOD PRACTICES
The company is audited by its customers and certification bodies more than 30 times each year, allowing it to acquire the following certifications: IFS, Label Rouge, IGP, Viandes de France.
