André Bazin is the specialist in delicatessen products for manufacturers, wholesalers and mass retailers.
A family business, based exclusively in France, the Company employs more than 430 people to manufacture more than 27 tonnes of cured meats, delicatessen meats and cooked meats per year.
With the diversity of its product expertise: Salted meats, Charcuterie, Sausages, Cooked meats, the Company supplies more than 500 food specialist clients, from multinationals to local SMEs.
Anchored in its region, the Company is also the Specialist in Traditional Charcuterie Products from Franche-Comté through the production of Morteau Sausages and Montbéliard IGP Sausages.
Reactivity and proactivity
Because your projects cannot wait, the company has set up a dedicated R&D team of 7 people to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
Over 2000 samples and 150 new products are thus developed each year in our development laboratories.

With the ambition of creating ever more differentiation and added value, we offer you products adapted to the new needs of consumers.

History

Phillipe Wagner and a college of company executives buy the company from the FruitTerroir group

National scope, quality through premium, differentiating and valued ranges, and a strategic vision: Building the specialist group for delicatessen products from Eastern France.

After two years of research and development, the company is launching a new brand of charcuterie products aimed at mass retailers: the Philippe WAGNER brand. "Homemade" recipes containing only ingredients of natural origin.
