Missions

Under the authority of the laboratory manager, you will contribute to all the daily tasks of the department:

  • Carry out microbiological analyses according to established control plans
  • Take samples for microbiological, physicochemical, DNA and contaminant analyses and record them,
  • Take samples of material surfaces, factory environment, hands, air, etc.
  • Reports of analysis results to be recorded electronically,
  • Participation in the interpretation, analysis of results,
  • Organize organoleptic controls of finished products,
  • Ensure the correct application of quality documents/procedures within their area of ​​expertise,
  • Manage metrology: stock of scales and thermometers in the factory,

Your profile

Bac +2 or equivalent level in agri-food. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy. Previous experience in the agri-food industry would be a plus.

Salary

€1850 to €2000 over 12 months – Profit-sharing
