Missions

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Manage daily production, ensuring compliance with costs, manufacturing schedules and quality standards, while guaranteeing the application of safety instructions and hygiene rules.
  • Ensure compliance with production procedures and standards to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing.
  • Manage production contingencies by providing rapid and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing the performance of production lines and proposing improvement actions.
  • Identify malfunctions and perform first-level maintenance, or alert the maintenance department if necessary.
  • Coordinate the activity of employees assigned to the line and transmit information

Your profile

You have a particular interest in the food industry, you demonstrate responsiveness, organization and a proactive spirit. With excellent communication skills, you enjoy challenges and know how to work in a team. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the food industry would be an asset.
