Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you are in charge of the following missions :

• Provide operational and managerial support to the workshop manager (2X8 or 3X8 hours, management of a team of 5 to 10 people)
• Manage daily production with the aim of guaranteeing costs, manufacturing programs and quality while ensuring compliance with safety instructions and hygiene rules.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures and standards,
• Manage production hazards,
• Participate in the continuous improvement process and the optimization of production lines
