Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• To bring operational and managerial support to the workshop manager (2X8 or 3X8 shifts, management of a team of 5 to 10 people)
• MANAGE daily production with the aim of guaranteeing costs, manufacturing programs and quality while ensuring compliance with safety instructions and hygiene rules.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures and standards,
• Manage production hazards,
• Participate to the continuous improvement process, to the optimization of production lines.
