Under the authority of the quality manager, you will contribute to all of the department's daily tasks:

• Implement and maintain a quality system by knowing the company's products, their technological specificities and mastering the associated regulatory aspects
• Participate in the HACCP process
• Participate in the IFS certification system update version 8
• Participate in corrective action working groups and complaints monitoring
• Implement within the company, supervise and update the training of company personnel relating to hygiene and quality for food safety
• Carry out CCP / PRPO field audits
• Participate in infrastructure audits
• Participate in monitoring internal non-conformities and associated action plans
