Missions

Attached to the Supply Chain Department, you are responsible for the following missions:

 

  • Entering customer orders (emails, EDI, calls, etc.)
  • Processing customer credit requests (quantity, missing, broken, etc.)
  • Management of in-store events, processing with service providers, invoicing, etc.
  • Creation of customer accounts
  • Customer call schedule for taking orders or additional sales
  • Management of the clearance of products with close use-by dates

Your profile

BAC + 2, ideally 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service in industry / GMS

Organized and autonomous, you are comfortable with computer tools. You are rigorous and enjoy communicating.

Salary

depending on experience (€2000 to €2200) + conventional bonus, profit-sharing/profit-sharing
