Ensuite j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l\u2019atelier IQF B. Il y a 6 ans, on m\u2019a propos\u00e9 de devenir cheffe d\u2019\u00e9quipe.\u00a0Et \u00e7a va faire 2 ans que je suis pass\u00e9 responsable de l\u2019atelier. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est ce qui te pla\u00eet le plus dans ton travail ici ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le challenge\u00a0: il n\u2019y a pas deux journ\u00e9es qui se ressemblent. On a toujours des nouveaux process, des nouveaux produits, des nouvelles contraintes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les principaux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s dans ton m\u00e9tier ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Du fait de mon \u00e9volution, avant d\u2019\u00eatre responsable de l\u2019atelier j\u2019\u00e9tais la coll\u00e8gue et j\u2019ai un atelier ou il y a trois quarts d\u2019hommes et une fois que j\u2019ai pris la place de responsable \u00e7a n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile de leur montrer que c\u2019\u00e9tait moi qui d\u00e9cidais.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment rendre ces m\u00e9tiers plus attractifs pour les femmes ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Un peu plus de communication sur les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019agroalimentaire. Montrer que ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment un m\u00e9tier difficile ou physique.
