We would like to thank the Est Républicain for highlighting our commitment to training our employees and future employees. 

Our objective? To support and train in our businesses, thanks to our recognised know-how and partnerships with local specialist organisations, in line with our company's development strategy. 

In all : 

20 current operators have obtained professional certification, with a 100% success rate. 
4 jobseekers are being trained as cutting operators through a professionalization contract.  Eight other people are following suit and are currently being recruited for the charcuterie and packaging department. 
A strategy that pays off! 50 % of our management team are graduates of work-study programmes and/or have received professional certification.
